EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR, DHL

Event Design  -  Creative Direction  -  Print Design

This 1920s-themed Employee of the Year event transformed guests into characters within an art deco speakeasy called Mike’s. The visual direction merged DHL’s Superstars "A” emblem with geometric art deco motifs, creating a cohesive identity that ran through every touchpoint, from stage and table design to signage and printed materials.
 

Each attendee’s journey began with a personalised secret invitation, leading them through a narrative experience featuring custom “wanted posters” and live actors guiding guests through the night. The result was a richly detailed, story-driven event that blurred the line between theatre and celebration.
